Julia earned her LL.B. from the University of West London in England before relocating to the United States as a foreign-trained attorney. After immigrating, she dedicated several years to raising her three daughters while building a new life in a different legal and cultural environment.

Determined to revalidate her legal credentials in the United States, Julia resumed her studies and earned her LL.M. in U.S. Law from Georgia State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. She subsequently became a licensed attorney in the State of Georgia.

Julia brings to Candotti Law Firm an international perspective and professional experience gained in Ghana, along with a depth of knowledge shaped by diverse legal systems. Her background reflects resilience, maturity, and a strong work ethic developed through both professional and personal responsibilities. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually seeks opportunities to expand her legal knowledge and professional growth.

Julia is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm and is a member of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL).
