Estate Planning
Estate planning is a way to transcend, to continue protecting, helping, and supporting our loved ones even when we are no longer physically present. It’s about family harmony, saving money, and preventing unsuitable people from gaining custody of our minor children or accessing and disposing of our assets in ways we would never have allowed. It’s about caring for our loved ones, thanking them, and giving back for what they did for us. It’s about respecting our effort, dedication, and work. It’s about preparing ourselves and our loved ones for when the inevitable happens. It’s about preventing suffering and stress for our family. It’s about continuing to pass on our values… It’s part of your legacy.
Basic estate planning in the USA consists of planning for death and incapacity by creating a will and/or trust, a power of attorney for finances, and medical directives.
