Cecilia Guerra is a distinguished attorney from New York with extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters. She has over 15 years of experience as in-house counsel and consultant for executives and celebrities on multi-million-dollar transactions, building relationships, mitigating risks, and leading high-performance teams.

She has advised multinational corporations in e-commerce, commercial transactions, intellectual property, compliance, immigration, data privacy, cybersecurity, and litigation. Throughout her career, Cecilia has built scalable legal departments from the ground up, drafted over 7,000 contracts, secured over $30 million in negotiations, and overseen compliance practices for more than 300 employees, strengthening legal foundations and promoting operational excellence.

A member of the U.S. Immigration Court, the U.S. Court of International Trade (NY), the Hispanic National Bar Association, and the Georgia Bar Association, Cecilia also served as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s International Trade Committee – Rule of Law Section (2023-2024).
