María Kong brings over 25 years of experience in business immigration to Candotti Law Firm, LLC, where she leads the firm’s business immigration practice. Before joining Candotti Law Firm, LLC, María successfully managed the business immigration departments of several top U.S. law firms, earning a reputation for her deep knowledge, precision, and unwavering dedication to her clients.

At Candotti Law Firm, LLC, María is directly responsible for overseeing the preparation of petitions, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and a wide range of complex immigration matters. These include H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, PERM labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions, adjustments of status, fiancé(e) visas, naturalizations, student visas, and investor visas. She also manages a team of paralegals, ensuring every case is handled with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

Originally from Hong Kong, María is passionate about helping companies, employees, and individuals realize their American Dream.
